We bought our villa in June 2016
After moved and lived for few weeks in the villa, we realized that the wooden style inside the villa didnt suit our taste.
In order to be fully satisfied with our new home we decided to renovate and modernize the villa the best way we can. We renovated the villa from the tiles up to roof , each and every small detail was changed in order to achieve at least 10 years of peaceful life , without any need to change roof/pool tiles/stairs /furniture/garden /pipes/electricity etc
All the above was changed to modern style with a little classy touch.
The previous owner of this villa was our good friend and big celebrity star in Russia, his name is Grigoriy Leps.
Grigoriy was the owner of this villa for 5 years before us and was never living here , only a vacation living not more than 1 month a year .
We hired a French team in Phuket ,who started checking each and every cm in our villa, noting our suggestions and needs.
The French constructor company fixed and painted whole roof , to prevent leakings with some plastic extensions on the sides to avoid rain coming into salas and to be able to take the stairs when it’s raining heavy.
We hired electrical team to replace and reconnect all electrical cables and place electrical box in a different place.
Swimming pool tiles were changed.
We cut 4 15 meters long palm trees in the backyard , there was a danger they could hit the roof during windy weather.
Garden was totally removed from old brown stones and replaced with new grass,plants and trees.
All wooden floors on the upper and lower floor were replaced by marble , in lower rooms we placed marble on the walls , to prevent any leaking from swimming pool in the future.
All the chandeliers are brought from USA and assembled piece by piece . Purple sofa brought from USA .
We replaced all the water pipes.
The jacuzzis in 2 rooms were replaced by marble showers.
The lower rooms bathrooms were renovated with marble also.
The kitchen ceiling was extended to bring more sunlight to the kitchen.
All house was repainted into lighter colors to make it more bright.
Kitchen was changed from brown wood into white -cream colored wood.
Sandwash covering outside was changed into non-slippery tiles , tiles were put in the garden to make a pass through convenient , safe and beautiful ,without stepping on the grass.
All stones were replaced in the garden .
Tv is new. Internet is new. Beds are new. Outside dining table in sala is new. Outside BBG Grill is new. Outside shower is renovated with modern tiles . Bought at least 10 carpets to make floor more comfortable for kids to sit and play.
Fridge is new. Gas cooker and 2 ovens are new.
The wooden doors and windows were replaced by alluminium ones( sungate company in thalang)
Placed big wall mirror in lower room to prevent leaking from swimming pool.
All swimming pool system was rearranged , cleaned and changed into modern one. Metal fence and gates were installed . Remote control garage gates were fixed . Totally renovated maid’s room and a bathroom with new tiles , new washing and drying machine.
All aircons and aircon’s system was replaced with new ones.
Totally renovated garage floor tiles , ceiling and lights , we brought more lights into garage than it was before .
Curtains are new everywhere.
I must say that there is nothing left from previous owner by now ( August 2019)
Today we have a very much bigger and lighter kitchen thanks to white wood , and extended roof. We have marble dining and kitchen tables in the kitchen. We have marble floors that can always cool you down after a long day at the sun .
All rock walls were cleaned with chemicals , topped up with cement and painted with grey and gold fragments to prevent the green fungus spreading . Back in 2016 all rocky walls were damaged by green fungus and smell was very old and rot.
All drainage all around the house is new cemented and painted .
This villa will not need any renovations for 10 years ahead. That was our plan , – ‘at least for 10 years not to change anything in our home’ and I think we did perfect. This is one of the most expensive and modern villas in Phuket in 2019.

這棟別墅的前任老闆是我們在俄羅斯的好朋友和大名人明星，他的名字叫Grigoriy Leps。
